Is the product already included with shipping?

No, The price aren’t included with shipping from China. The total shipping price will be informed when the item is ready to be delivered. We will send you invoice of the shipping price, the item won’t be delivered if the shipping payment aren’t fulfilled and there is no refund for the item.

Will you update the shipping fee?

We already update the estimated shipping fee for overseas. You can check it in ‘THE DELIVERY’ section in our Kickstarter page.

The real shipping fee will be calculated near the backer survey around mid May 2024. Update : the shipping cost is already include with tax

Which country that we are not providing the Shipping?

Now we are accepting All countries delivery, but make sure you have to check your own country regulation that if you’re able to received a card product or send us specific notes during survey regarding this matter to smoothen the delivery process. Any products that is been hold by customs or country regulation is not our responsibility.

What is the difference between MINORA and ARCHANIA tarot deck?

The card size are the SAME. The difference are only on The box and the Guide book. Minora has smaller box and book that fit into the cards. While regular Archania deck has bigger box that fit for A5 size guide book.

Can I buy Tarot set like magician set or complecio set like in Kickstarters rewards?

No. The package is for Kickstarter campaign only. You can buy the product here only as a piece. milestones are not included.

Can I buy Compleció set or only 2 secret cards like in Kickstarter rewards?

Currently, the compleció set is exclusive to Kickstarter backers only and will not be sold outside of Kickstarter until further notice

Will there any add on for zodiac cards?

Zodiac cards will be available in our Kickstarter next project. You can follow our social media or Kickstarter page to get the information about the pre-launch

Can I ask for refund?

If you are a backer who pledge through kickstarter, we regret that we are unable to cancel your pledge. Your reward will be send as long as you have paid the shipping fee that has been charged to your credit card via backerkit email. If you do not want to pay the shipping fee, we can cancel your order but we will take down your order and the fee that you have paid cannot be refunded because it has been entered through the Kickstarter website.

Current Estimated Shipping Date: December 2024

After discussing with our factory in China, production takes around 2-3 months because orders are produced in large quantities and there may be a delay of 1-2 months from the update we previously provided. All your rewards will be delivered around November- December 2024.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Terms and Conditions

Please write down your data as completely as possible. Any changes to the data must be immediately conveyed to us before the survey time is locked. Incomplete data that results in products not being sent/lost is not our responsibility.

After we send your item and receive it, please do an unboxing video to see if there are any defects in your item. We will not process any protest submitted to us without evidence for product replacement.

If there is a problem during delivery, we cannot accept return goods or money. However, if there is a production error/defect, you can contact our production team.
