Hello everyone,
We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding Maria Guerrero's account in our Tarot project. In order to streamline fund transfers and ensure more efficient management, we have made the decision to transfer the ownership of the account from Maria Guerrero to Gloria M. Guerrero.
This transition will allow us to streamline financial processes and ensure better coordination in the handling of project resources. We want to ensure that the entire team is aware of this change and that it is carried out transparently and without interruption.
We are committed to ensuring the continuity and success of our Tarot project, and we believe that this measure will significantly contribute to that goal.

Hi, It's been awhile. I would like to update you about our situation until our current problem resolved, but since it's really taking time and making us worried as well. we have to tell you our current situation.
As you can see, There can't be any new progress unless the Bank transaction is successful. However, we still haven't got our money yet until now. They've said they've been sending us the money twice, but it was rejected by the bank because it require full of documents needed and have to create a business account bank to receive such huge of money. Our team has been flew to US to follow their directions to create Business account instead of Personal since they said it requires business account to received more than 100k USD. In the past doing Full Service game Kickstarter, we don't need to have business acc to receive around 97k USD, but now, they said we have to.
After all the process done, they still giving us problem by asking for bank letters and stuff made us waiting for no reasons and really wasting our time. We would like to update this matter as soon as it resolved, but turn out KS didn't give an easier solution to get our money back up until now:( We might fly back to US again to resolve this problem soon.
Since no progress regarding Bank transaction, it also affect the other progresses as well, we can't do survey, or open late-pledge account yet, since we have to pay them upfront (with KS money) This is breaking our heart as well since we're also losing our momentum as well. This is this unexpected situation
All we can do now is we will still give you what we can up until the current problem resolved, We will sending out all the digital items such as wallpapers etc. to your KS account within this week. Once the Bank transaction progress is finished, we will update to you as soon as possible.

Hi, It's been two weeks plus since the transaction days progress from kickstarter.
1. We are still on the waiting of the transactions to be completed. large amount of fund will take a lot of inspections and process based on what we've experience before. Our expectation and focus is to be done by this month. So right now we are still waiting for the progress to be done until we able to move to the next step.
2. As for what the status above, the other progress like address survey, late pledge website and other will follow after the transaction is completed.
3. Backer who have failed or declined payment during the process will able to claim their rewards after the backerkit page is ready. we will send you survey regarding this in the future.
4. For those who are interested on the project but unable to purchase from kickstarter before. Late-pledge on backerkit is still under review, we will announce the website for any other late order items there. More info will be announced soon.
5. We will contact all the backers of Majora Archania and Personia Archania survey for your character card by 8th March 2024 and start the progress asap.

Hi, good day to you!
We are soon entering the production phase after all required transaction complete 2 weeks after the campaign end. Right now, we are updating you the next production timeline, there are few things that you need to know that from what we've discussed from the Factory production, we have to pushed back the delivery until August 2024 to maintain the quality products.
Please understand that this is beyond our power, we would like it to deliver it as soon as possible, although due the number of quantities and other reasons, the production estimation date for June is becoming too tight and probably may cause unstable quality product if we're just aiming to finish it asap.
Here are the current progress timeline that you can see for now. We would like to as transparent as we can to watch over the productions going together until it delivered to your hand ☺️ *click the image for larger quality.
After the full transaction complete, Firstly, i will contact all the Personia and Majora Archania clients for detail info of your special cards through email. So i can start the progress of art productions, all the digital wallpaper rewards also will be delivered on early week of March.

Thank you very much for your support and finally the campaign ends at 605% funded and 4281 Backers! It's an amazing numbers and our project won't be this funded without all of your support. We're deeply thankful.
Now starting today, We will update frequently regarding the progress of the productions. you may see the updates soon, including survey for the shipping and more.
We will also open for Late-pledge for anyone who hasn't got enough time to back the project yet later via Backerkit once everything's ready.
What happen with Zodiac cards since we didn't meet the requirement? We will pull back the Zodiac deck into our next project later 2024 after we finished with Archania Tarot production.
Our campaign might be ended, but our Journey is just begun.
