LAST CALL! All backers have been emailed a survey link to claim their pledged items. Any items not claimed by  19th July 2025  will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

 If you’ve already completed the BackerKit survey but encountered payment issues (such as a credit card error), please contact your bank immediately.

Hello,

By the time you read this update, all backers should have received their packages (assuming there were no issues with express delivery).

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to everyone for your patience and support in making this project a reality. Archania Tarot has truly been one of my masterpieces, and I hope you enjoy the hard work and dedication I've put into it. Over the past year, we have carefully evaluated our progress and identified areas for improvement, allowing us to enhance our service. I look forward to seeing you again in my future projects.

Action Required: There are still over 170 backers who have not yet completed our surveys. If you haven’t filled it out, please check your email for the survey link and submit it at your earliest convenience.

For backers with declined cards, please contact your bank to resolve this issue so that we can proceed with delivering your item.

Urgent Update:

Starting January 1, 2025, all packages sent to Mexico must include an RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes) or CUFP (Código Único de Facturación Personalizada) tax number. If a backer hasn't provided their tax number and still wants the package shipped, it could be delayed at customs or incur additional fees that will be charged to the backer upon pickup. To avoid these issues, it's crucial that backers provide their RFC or CUFP tax number before shipping.

Happy New Year to all our backers!

We are excited to inform you that your order has been dispatched as of January 1st, 2025.

We have partnered with The Wheel of Fortune Tarot as the manufacturer for this project. Should you have any concerns regarding shipping or your order, please contact us at [email protected].

For backers who completed the survey after December 20th, please note that your order will be processed later in January, with shipping expected between late January and mid-February. This also applies to backers from Canada.

The administrative team has begun sending tracking numbers to backers, which will be completed within the next 7 to 10 days. Please check your email regularly for updates.

We are still in the process of sorting out the tracking information and will send the details to you soon via BackerKit.

Hi,

All surveys and preorders will be closed on December 20th. No additional orders can be added, no preorders can be made, and no address changes can be made.

This is because we need to print and organize all addresses and orders for the final packing, so they can be shipped out at the beginning of the year.

We will be on holiday from December 25th to January 1st. All orders and shipping will be updated after that.

If anyone hasn't filled out the survey, it will be processed after January 15th.

Preorders will reopen on February 1, 2025.
